Who doesn’t love a quick and simple recipe for a busy weeknight?
This recipe is both of those things and oh so yummy! It’s also a super easy lunch time meal if you have little ones at home during the day. Just add a side of veggies, and you have a complete meal!
5 minute Instant pot Mac n Cheese
14 oz GF pasta (or regular if you aren’t GF)
4 cups water
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
4 Tbsp butter
Add all the above ingredients into instant pot on manual for 5 minutes, quick release.
Once lid is removed, add the following ingredients (below) quickly whilst hot.
5 oz evaporated milk
4 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups monkery jack cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Stir together and enjoy!

This is the BEST macaroni! So easy and so delicious! I just used cheddar and parmesan because I didn’t have the other on hand and it was still so cheesy and yummy. The leftovers are amazing too!
