Today I made this veggie dip for my Activity Days girls, and they couldn’t stop talking about how yummy it was! I don’t know what makes this dip so darn delicious, but its just that GOOD!
Veggie dips are always a bit sketchy when you have Celiac Disease {What is Celiac Disease?} and can be a source of contamintaion at social gatherings. This gluten free dip will knock the socks off any other veggie dip out there, I pinky promise.
This recipe has been kicking around in my recipe file for the past 17 years, and comes from way back in my days in Young Womens {church group} from one of my sweet leaders.
Besides being super tasty, it’s super simple and you are bound to have all of the ingredients on hand! If you have followed along for while you know that simple is my middle name!
I like it best after it has sat in the refrigerator overnight. So if you are planning on taking it to a gathering, plan on making it the day before. (Don’t you just love when something can be made ahead of time?) We love this dip with all veggie types, but dip some potato chips, and WOW, it’s out of this world!
I made this cute little Christmas tree veggie tray + dip (with these GF Pretzels) to go along with this darling book, A Little Christmas Tree, that I read to the girls whilst they feasted.
Hope you enjoy!
