This weekend we celebrated St Patricks Day, with our 5th annual St Patty’s Day Dinner. We have come to love this tradition as a family. My daughter gets so excited to celebrate & does not let us forget!
I stick with pretty much the same menu every year {with little variations from year to year}, to keep things simple. (In true Carly fashion)
Cucumber and Mint water. Cool and refreshing.
Shamrock Bread + {Italian} Sausage. I really need to find some Irish sausage!
Minty Pea Soup. (My daughter’s favorite + most requested soup!) Recipe here.
Rainbow fruit salad + chocolate coins
Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream + homemade hot fudge for dessert.
It really is such a fun traditon! Happy St Patrick’s Day!
