Easter Dinner Feast

Easter Dinner

I love holidays. But mostly I enjoy the food that goes with it! After being diagnosed with Celiacs (nearly 7 years ago) I felt downright ripped off. I mean our life so closely revolves around food. Holidays, birthdays, celebrations, BBQ’s… every single social gathering (or so its seems)!

I can say after nearly 7 years, I feel like I finally have it figured out (mostly)! Food allergies stink, and I’m sorry if it’s something you deal with…but there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Today I’m sharing our fun Easter Feast from last year. Simple, festive, and delicious.

To me, gathering my family around the table is such an important part of our family culture and dynamic. It also brings me so much JOY!

My tablescape is fairy simple, and I had everything on hand. Always a win in my book when I can pull from things I already own.

The Easter colored bag of M&M’s I pulled from my pantry was much of the driving force behind the colors I gathered from around the house to pull this Easter table together.

I have these little mason jars that I use for EVERYTHING!! I just wrapped some cute felt bunny ribbon around them that I found in the dollar section at Target.

We kept the menu fairly simple.

Spinach Salad with Poppyseed Dressing, grilled chicken, and fresh fruit. And of course Carrot Cake for dessert!
