With a built-in wall bed, bed making is a constant struggle around our house! Not only is every morning a struggle to get my daughter to make her bed, and make it well, but getting bedding on and off for washing is nearly impossible!
Bedroom update with Removable Wallpaper
We’ve been wanting to add wallpaper to my daughter’s built in bed for years, but couldn’t quite get ourselves to commit to cutting, pasting and applying wallpaper in the tricky space.
When we heard about Rocky Mountain Decals removable, self adhesive wallpaper I knew we had to try it!
Viola Ice Cubes
Mosquito Repellent Planter
Warm Summer nights are my absolute favorite!
We enjoy chatting around a late dinner, roasting marshmallows over the fire, eating homemade ice cream, listening to crickets, playing night games, sleeping out, or watching an outdoor movie… but I detest the mosquitoes that seem to love me!
Easter Dinner Feast
I love holidays. But mostly I enjoy the food that goes with it! After being diagnosed with Celiacs (nearly 7 years ago) I felt downright ripped off. I mean our life so closely revolves around food. Holidays, birthdays, celebrations, BBQ’s… every single social gathering (or so its seems)!
I can say after nearly 7 years, I feel like I finally have it figured out (mostly)! Food allergies stink, and I’m sorry if it’s something you deal with…but there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Today I’m sharing our fun Easter Feast from last year. Simple, festive, and delicious.
Cadbury Egg Cookies
Need a way to use up the bags and bags of Cadbury Eggs that seem to have snuck into you car and into your house without you even realizing?
I’ve got you covered!
Nourished Festival: The Gluten Free, Allergy, & Specialty Diet Festival
It seems now a days you are bound to know someone with a food allergy(ies). Wether it’s you, a family member or friend it can be a hard adjustment. There are so many awesome companies that cater to food allergies, and the list seems to be growing!
Favorite Gardening Tools
Garden season is in full swing. Here are some of my garden go to’s for you or the gardener in your life!
Easter Basket Stuffers
Finding little spring treasures for my daughters Easter Basket along with her new Easter dress (plus a new spring outfit & or jammies) just might be my favorite!
She’s starting to get a bit older, and I feel like its gotten a little trickier to find those small easter treasures… But do you think I could just add things like bubbles, sidewalk chalk and coloring books forever?
Mulch in the Garden
Let’s talk MULCH!
After posting my first #carlythegardenspotspringgardentips I had lots of questions on mulch!
